This awe-inspiring body of work commenced on a fateful day, September 16th, 2022, as a spark ignited a raging fire. The brutal murder of Mahsa Jina Amini, at the hands of the terrorist organization known as The Islamic Regime, became the catalyst for a seismic uprising by the oppressed people of Iran. Mina's art doesn't just depict this ongoing struggle; it pulsates with the raw energy of defiance, capturing the unyielding spirit of a people who've endured decades of unrelenting oppression. Since the ominous year of 1979,
the women
of Iran have been condemned to live and die under the shadow of this oppressive regime, their voices stifled and their suffering hidden in the dark corners of the world.
